Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program. Maintain records on preventive maintenance, unit maintenance, equipment and mechanical system operations. Oversee the performance of unit maintenance, including ongoing requests, annual and periodic inspections, and property turns. Establish and maintain inventory of janitorial, grounds, repair and painting supplies. Contract for services, as needed, developing and maintaining relationships with and overseeing the performance of contractors, vendors and suppliers. Qualifications: 5+ years in property management maintenance and 3+ years of supervisory skills.  Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in all buildings and grounds maintenance, including plumbing, pumps and motors, appliances, electrical, carpentry and HVAC systems certification. Must have a car and driver’s license.  Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends to share on-call duties.

In this role, you would be responsible for marketing upcoming vacancies through our state of the art system, scheduling showings and meeting with prospective tenants, providing relevant details about properties and ensuring prospects understand any leasing agreements they would sign. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be responsible for efficiently performing all assigned maintenance duties and other tasks. Duties include performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance and completing apartments turns for new tenants.

Position Responsibilities: Completes daily work orders. Assists in unit turn overs. Identify and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues. Troubleshoot basic HVAC and heating issues. Interact with team members, tenants, and other stakeholders in a professional, respectful way. Participates in rotating on-call hours.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 4+ years experience as a maintenance technician or related field. Current driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
