Small family owned property apartment management company looking for a self-motivated, responsible, driven, and dependable individual to join our management/maintenance team to help us manage 2000 apartments in the south and south west areas of the twin cities. This is a full time position with a company vehicle provided. 

This is a grounds maintenance position with job responsibilities that would include but are not limited to; help maintain safety and integrity of all our properties, walking and inspecting all parts of the properties, light landscaping and maintenance, assisting with turnovers, replacing light bulbs, picking up trash, snow plowing, salting, and etc. 

Requirements would be someone who is able to perform tasks or solve problems without assistance or supervision, detail oriented, organized, great problem solving skills, works well with others, good communication skills, general knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, painting, and etc. 

Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. Job training provided.

Responsible for responding to all resident requests, process maintenance work orders and work with residents to minimize and resolve all issues and/or customer service needs. Complete all YARDI processing within company defined guidelines. Seek out new residents through outreach to local businesses, direct marketing and distributing literature. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm.
