Our academy of instructors are all experts in the CIC industry and have hands on experience navigating Minnesota specific laws, weather-related issues and more. This comprehensive program will teach you the basics of Common Interest Community (CIC)  Management, Maintenance, and Operations, as well as Legal and Financial issues. Earn the prestigious CCAM designation upon successful completion of the exam.

CCAM modules are designed for both professional CIC  managers and members of homeowner associations.  You choose the level of education you want - take only those modules you need, or make an investment in your career with a CCAM designation by taking all four modules and passing an exam.
