Management Resources for Community Associations
A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium, or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for your board members and homeowners, and protect the value of your properties.

Housing Cooperatives

CIC Midwest offers trainings and articles specific to those who manage and live in housing cooperatives.
