Advertising in CIC Midwest News
This premiere quarterly publication goes out to 1,500+ professional CIC managers and
homeowner association board members, representing 100,000+ multi-housing units. Vendors
agree that this is the highest quality CIC publication in the midwest area.

CIC Midwest Flyer Mailing
Your 8-1/2 x 11 flyer is mailed with educational materials and other vendor flyers. It is sent
flat in a 9 x 12 envelope to 2,200 CIC managers and homeowner association board members
in opposite months from CIC Midwest News for full market coverage. You can email a file to
our mail house and have your flyers printed for an economical price.

Lunch & Learn Sponsorships
CIC Midwest Lunch & Learn meetings are from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. (with a Roundtable
Discussion starting at 10:30 a.m.) Meetings include a networking lunch, product/service
exhibitors, and a speaker presentation.

Electronic & Publication Advertising
Website and Electronic Newsletter links, and business card-sized ads in CIC Midwest
publications are all effective ways to gain constant exposure, over a variety of mediums, for
an extended period of time.

Repeat exposure tends to produce results. One-time mailings/ads/sponsorships are not as
