Management Resources for Community Associations
A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium, or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for your board members and homeowners, and protect the value of your properties.

CIC Midwest Committees

Make a difference. Get involved in a CIC Midwest Committee. It’s a great way to network and be on the cutting edge of what’s happening in common interest communities.

CIC Midwest Planning Committee – Active members of the CIC committees listed below are invited to CIC Midwest Planning Committee meetings. We hear committee reports, explore ways to coordinate efforts on common projects and initiatives, and discuss topics of interest affecting CIC Midwest and the industry. A networking lunch follows.
