Management Resources for Community Associations
A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium, or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for you board members and homeowner, and protect the value of your properties.
Welcome to the new CIC Midwest website.
To effectively use all of its functions and resources, you must activate or create a user profile. You may start the process by clicking on “sign in” to the right of the CIC Midwest logo, above. You will then see "Activate or Create a New Account" on the split screen on the right. The system will prompt you through the process using unique identifiers such as your membership ID number or your preferred email address. Please contact us if you have any difficulty.

CIC Midwest is a division of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a trade organization that has been providing education, resources, and legislative representation to its members since 1967. It's one of the strongest and most emulated multi housing associations in the country.
