If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for you board members and homeowner, and protect the value of your properties.

CIC Midwest is a division of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a trade organization that has been providing education, resources, and legislative representation to its members since 1967. It's one of the strongest and most emulated multi housing associations in the country.
