The Certified Residential Manager (CRM) program, offered by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, is a comprehensive overview of property management theory, marketing, landlord/tenant law, budgeting, fair housing law, preventive maintenance and much more. The CRM program provides training in all aspects of market-rate residential property management; tailored for those building a career in the industry. Successful graduates earn a designation that is recognized and respected in the multi-housing industry, both in Minnesota and nationwide.

Quadel’s LIHTC + Blended Compliance course is a two-day workshop that provides staff with comprehensive guidance on LIHTC compliance requirements, and it also takes into consideration the unique compliance issues that arise when HUD-Assisted Multi-family, HOME, CDBG, Public Housing, and RAD are in the mix. When an owner develops or redevelops a project using the LIHTC program, they must operate the project so that it complies with both the LIHTC programs and any other subsidy programs sup-porting the project. To help navigate the compliance needs necessary for these developments, Quadel has developed this course as a comprehensive review of compliance requirements among tax credit financed properties.

Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) occupancy training will help your property comply with all HUD program requirements while providing a variety of techniques to ensure that tenant files satisfy RHIIP requirements. Increased monitoring of regulatory compliance by HUD makes this course essential training for front-line staff, managers, and owners of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing.

AHM provides staff with the skills required to earn a superior annual Management and Occupancy Review (MOR). All programs in the HUD Hand-book 4350.3 REV-1/CHG-4 are covered, including: Section 8 multifamily housing, Section 236, Section 221(d) (3), Section 202, Section 811, Rent Supplement, RAP and the new Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Projects.

Participants receive a copy of Quadel’s nationally recognized AHM course book. All of Quadel’s course books are designed to provide “plain Eng-lish” reference manuals to assist program staff perform their daily functions more efficiently after attending the AHM training course. EIV re-quirements are included throughout the course book.
