Lisa Moe is President of Stuart Management Corp. Moe first joined Steven Scott Management Inc. in 1988 and worked for the residential property management firm until 1993, before owning and operating RE Management, a consulting property management firm, for 18 months. Jack Horner is an attorney practicing in areas related to the ownership and management of rental housing. Since 1975, he has been General Counsel and Chief Lobbyist for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA). Horner represents the multi-housing industry in Minnesota at all levels of government and primarily the state legislature. He also edited a legal handbook for Minnesota apartment owners and managers and drafted a standard residential lease that is widely used.
