Moe first joined Steven Scott Management Inc. in 1988 and worked for the residential property management firm until 1993, before owning and operating RE Management, a consulting property management firm, for 18 months. She began work at Stuart Management Corp. in 1994 and was named president and CEO in the fall of 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University.

Steve Schachtman is Principal of Steven Scott Management, Inc. Schachtman is active in all aspects of real estate management, directing the administration and operations of 6000+ apartment units. Lisa Peilen is Director of Municipal Affairs for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA). She carefully monitors all municipal activity as it relates to the multi-housing industry. Peilen is responsible for all of our efforts with city governments including policy development. She coordinates MHA's response to city proposals on regulations and fees as well as works proactively with city council members and staff. |

Jack Horner is an attorney practicing in areas related to the ownership and management of rental housing. Since 1975, he has been General Counsel and Chief Lobbyist for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA). Horner represents the multi-housing industry in Minnesota at all levels of government and primarily the state legislature. He also edited a legal handbook for Minnesota apartment owners and managers and drafted a standard residential lease that is widely used.
