CIC Committee (Common Interest Communities):
Plan and coordinate membership benefits for CIC Professional Managers and Homeowner Associations, including education, resources, and the CIC Newsletter.

CRM Committee:
Oversee the Certified Residential Manager curriculum.

CRMT Committee:
Oversee the Certified Residential Maintenance Technician program, other maintenance classes, and annual Maintenance Olympics.

Convention Committee:
Coordinate Fall Convention and Product Show.

Golf Committee:
Plan annual golf tournament. Member retention, fundraising, and networking opportunity for General and Product/Service members.

Hotline Committee:
Recruit volunteers for the MHA Hotline. Review Hotline procedures and methods.

Independent Owners Committee:
Plan and coordinate educational and networking programs and resources for those who own and manage their own rental properties. Oversee annual Independents Day event and monthly Investors Club meetings.

Legislative Committee (General members only):
Oversee MHA's legislative program. Identify the multi-housing industry's agenda of legislative goals at the state level and determine MHA's position on other bill introductions.

MADACS Committee:
Oversee Multi Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support (MADACS) program which recognizes outstanding people, properties and services in Minnesota's multi-housing industry.

Marketing/Public Relations Committee:
Plan and execute public relations and marketing activities which enhance the rental housing industry and the public image of renting.

Product Marketing/New Business Development:
Create and execute marketing plans for MHA products. Develop new avenues of income and new resources for our members.

Membership Committee:
Promote membership recruitment and contests, retention, and appreciation as the responsibility of all MHA members.

Municipal Affairs Committee:
Oversee MHA's Municipal Affairs program. Monitor regulations and fees and help determine MHA's position and course of action. Work pro-actively with city government on multi-housing issues.

Orientation Committee:
Responsible for arranging and hosting orientations for new and prospective members.

Product Service Ambassadors (Associate Members only):
Serve as emissaries to the general membership and assist Product/Service members in maximizing their membership benefits.

Professional Education Committee:
Oversee the Working Together Conference, Perspectives, monthly breakfast meetings, and the educational programs offered at the Fall Convention. Develop programs to meet the educational needs of the membership.

Strategic Planning Committee (by appointment only):
Conduct ongoing review of MHA's long-term goals and strategies.
Subsidized Housing Committee:
Provide a forum for subsidized housing information and oversee the subsidized housing education program.

Task Forces:
Convened to meet the specific short-term and occasional needs of the Association.

Technology Committee:
Redesign and update the Association's website to best suit the needs of its members. Identify new technologies that may help assist multi-housing industry professionals work more effectively and efficiently. Plan the annual Technology Summit.
