CIC Associations pay dues based on the number of units in their communities, allowing every member to contribute their "fair share." When an Association joins, each board member receives a subscription to CIC News, receives informational mailings, and is able to participate in CIC meetings and events at member rates.

CIC Managers pay a flat dues rate regardless of the number of units they manage. Any CIC Manager may have staff members join as Affiliates under their main membership.

Product/Service Members that specialize in Common Interest Communities pay one dues rate. They are able to participate in both MHA and CIC.

Your annual renewal date is the month that you joined CIC.
