Event Policies
Cancellation Policy: Registrations must be paid in full and are non-refundable/non-transferable, except as provided for solely in this Cancellation Policy. Golf tournament will happen rain or shine. In the case of a federal or statewide event restriction, sponsorships will carry over to the rescheduled date. If a date cannot be rescheduled in the current calendar year, refunds will be issued for the full amount minus a $50 admin fee via check.
Event Policy: By registering for this tournament, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests' presence at MHA's Golf Classic. By registering, you waive, release and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and Majestic Oaks Golf Club from any liability associated with your participation.
Photo Policy: You agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.
Assumption of Risk: Attendees acknowledge the potential risks associated with in-person events and waive liability from MHA, Majestic Oaks Golf Club, and associated parties.
Antitrust: Our organization strictly prohibits any activity that could be interpreted as anti-competitive. MHA members should not discuss current or future prices, fees, discounting, and other terms and conditions that affect prices, including, but not limited to, discounts, costs, salaries, warranties, or profit margins.
