On September 24, 2010 the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) will hold the 15th annual MADACS Awards: Multi housing Achievement in Design, Advertising & Community Support. The purpose of the MADACS awards is to recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi housing marketing and management though exemplary achievements.
These prestigious awards offer you a terrific opportunity to market your property and company. It’s also the perfect chance to publicly honor and recognize your staff for all of its hard work or to receive recognition for innovations at your property.
The Minnesota Multi Housing Association acknowledges the MADACS awards as the most honored award given in recognition of superior contributions to the multi housing industry.

Tickets for the event are $69 per person. Tickets are not included with entry submissions.
Because we do anticipate a demand much greater than our space allows, we are asking companies to be thoughtful in the number of tickets they request so that space is available for all nominees.
Due to the practicalities of seating 1,200 people, we cannot accommodate any requests for seating arrangements.

New this year:
Preregistration begins Monday August 9th through Friday, August 20th for companies submitting nominations and/or sponsoring the event.
Open registration begins Thursday, August 26th through Friday, September 10th for all other members of MHA.
We are expecting to sell out very quickly. Please RSVP as early as possible (within the allotted time frame as noted above) to secure your attendance at the event. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
