MHA’s Perspective 2007, to be held on Tuesday, June 12th

 

CONFERENCE TO ADDRESS STATE OF THE MULTI HOUSING INDUSTRY

 

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, May 30, 2007 – MHA’s Perspective 2007, to be held on Tuesday, June 12th at the Minneapolis Central Library, will discuss the state of the multi housing industry in Minnesota.

 

Perspective is an annual, half-day conference that covers the state of the economy, the state of the renter, the state of sales and lending, and the state of the market. 

 

Leading experts in economics, demographics and multi-housing trends will share valuable insights and information regarding the unique challenges owners and managers of multi housing units face today and will potentially face tomorrow.

 

Michael Swanson, Vice President and Senior Economist for Wells Fargo Bank will tackle the state of the economy, exploring how slow economic growth will impact interest rates, job growth and business success.  He will also provide an insightful analysis of the rising default rates in the sub prime market.

Other speakers include Abe Appert of Fransen Appert Real Estate Group, Keith Collins of CB Richard Ellis, Brent Wittenberg of GVA Marquette Advisors, Tom Backstrom of Pinnacle Realty Management and Jon Segner of Dominium Management Services.
