MHA is a state-wide, non-profit trade
organization that promotes the highest standards in the development,
management and maintenance of multi family housing. Our members
strive to provide housing that gives residents pride and dignity.
MHA was founded in 1967 to protect the interests of the industry.
MHA is one of the strongest and most emulated housing associations
in the country. We have 2,000 members representing more than 200,000
housing units. Our membership includes duplex owners, CEO's
of national multi-housing companies, and everyone in between.
Our Common Interest Community members are managers or board
members of owner-occupied town homes, condominiums, cooperatives
and homeowner associations. We also have members who provide
products and services to the multi- housing industry. MHA
