Oaks Properties, LLC, a locally owned and managed company is seeking two Part-Time Leasing Agents for luxury properties. One is at our Oaks Lincoln Apartments and Townhomes, 5200 Lincoln Drive, Edina. The other is at our Oaks Union Depot, 244 E. 4th Street, St. Paul.   

In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone inquiries, following up on leads, provide tours and “sell” the prospect on renting from your property, complete necessary paperwork for approval, along with all other assigned duties.  

Job Requirements:  Previous leasing or sales experience, customer service driven, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and reliable.  RealPage experience a plus.

a Full-Time Regional Housing Representative to assist our Regional Housing Manager in the management of ASI’s owned and leased properties at our administrative office in St. Paul, MN.

The successful candidate will maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and in compliance with all confidentiality expectations. Ensure property activities are managed in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. Assist ASI Housing Certification Specialist in performing property management duties related to the certification and recertification of ASI residents. Produce monthly reports as requested by the Regional Housing Manager. Market ASI properties to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities
that may benefit from ASI housing. Work in conjunction with ASI staff on matters pertaining to resident lease issues on the property. Some travel is possible.

Must have a minimum of two years property management experience and the ability to effectively communicate with residents,
strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to demonstrate dependability, initiative and must be able to work independently.
