CIC Midwest Board Trainings are ideal to attend with your officers or your entire board. Learn the basics of common interest community governance and operations. Function as a team, making sure everyone is knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities. Wednesday, February 19 -  Understanding Your Governing Documents

Many board member questions can be answered with one sentence "You need to see what your governing documents say." But what if the documents are vague or don't address a situation? What if they are outdated? What if the state statues contradict your documents? We'll examine the different parts of the governing documents and point out where you can look for answers. This seminar will help you learn how to interpret, enforce and amend your governing documents. Click here for the registration flyer.
