February 10 -  Understanding Your Governing Documents

Presenter: Phaedra Howard, Hellmuth & Johnson

Many board member questions can be answered with one sentence "You need to see what your governing documents say." But what if the documents are vague or don't address a situation? What if they are outdated? What if the state statutes contradict your documents? We'll examine the different parts of the governing documents and point out where you can look for answers. This seminar will help you learn how to interpret, enforce and amend your governing documents. Live Webinar via ZOOM

Time: 4:00 p.m .- 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $39 members; $59 non-members (Registration deadline is Tuesday, February 9th. Registrations post-deadline are subject to an additional $10 administrative fee.)
