Cancellation Policy: Substitutions will be taken until the program begins at no additional charge. To receive a full refund on cancellations, they must be received by April 24, 2020.  Attendees who cancel after April 24, 2020, do not substitute another individual, or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to any refund, without exception.
