Cancellation Policy- Registration fees are non-refundable. Any and all substitutions must be received before December 18, 2023. Substitutions are accepted via phone call or email and will be time-stamped according to the time they were received by our system (voice mail or email). After December 18, 2023, no changes to the registration may be made. If you do not attend, and would like to be in another exam offering, you are liable for a new exam registration fee, and will not be entitled to any refund, without exception. Retake exams are available at $60.00 per retake.
