This sortable spreadsheet contains multiple expense categories and additional details such as building age, presence of elevators, parking, market-rate or affordable, and utilities.

The purchase of MHA's Expense Survey and the information contained therein is intended for sole and exclusive use by your company. Sharing, distributing or making this information available to others is expressly prohibited.

This survey is conducted every year with the previous year's data. The data collection for the 2024 survey will begin in March 2025.

Data collection is underway for the 2024 survey.

Survey Details: This survey collects data for properties with 40 or more units. Participants will receive a free copy of the final survey (valued at $350).

Past Participants: Past participants will receive data worksheets containing building information submitted in prior years to the contact on file. To update your contact information, please email us at oes@mmha.com.
