By uploading any documents to mihra, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such documents and that your uploads do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You agree not to upload any documents that contain illegal, confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information).Uploaded documents will be used solely for the purpose of providing responses to your inquiries via mihra. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents. However, by uploading documents, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and store such documents as necessary to provide the mihra service.We take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of uploaded documents, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept any risks associated with uploading documents to mihra.We disclaim any liability for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to documents you upload. In no event shall we be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of mihra, including but not limited to lost profits, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages with any usage of the responses given by mihra.
