Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM)  

New to association management? Looking To gain respect and credibility as an association manager?  Just feeling like you’re missing a piece of the association management puzzle? This comprehensive program will teach you the nuts and bolts of Common Interest Community (CIC) management. Plus, earn the prestigious CCAM designation (upon successful completion of exam).

CCAM is a professional designation course for both managers of common interest communities and board members of homeowner associations. Make an investment in your career by attending the five CCAM modules and passing the examination. CCAM is taught by professionals who are experts in Minnesota law and maintenance issues specific to Minnesota’s climate.
