MHA’s Charitable Outreach Committee will be collecting donations for Second Stork, a Minnesota nonprofit that provides essential newborn care items to families in need—helping every baby begin life with a safe and healthy start.

Conference Schedule & Session Descriptions

An asterisk (*) indicates sessions that will be applied for 1.0 hour of Real Estate CEUs from the MN Department of Commerce. All sessions are approved for 1.0 CRM, CRMT, and COM credits; attendees can earn up to 5.0 hours by attending the full conference. A dagger (†) indicates sessions that are approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs).  A dagger () indicates sessions that are approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs). SHRM submission details and codes will be available at the registration table. Attendees are responsible for submitting PDCs to SHRM.

Conference and Event Policies

Attendance Policy: The Conference & Expo is a full-day event, and registration is required for all attendees. Registered attendees must wear badges at all times. Those without verification will be asked to produce, and if unable, will be removed from the event.

Non-Registered Attendees:

  • Non-registered attendees are not permitted to enter the event, except during the Expo’s public hours from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
  • Non-registered vendors wishing to visit during public hours must be accompanied by a committee volunteer or MHA staff member.
  • Non-registered attendees are strictly prohibited from entering the event during non-public hours, including public Expo hours, if they are visibly wearing company-related apparel.

Distribution of Materials:

  • Attendees who are not exhibiting but provide products or services are prohibited from distribution of any sales materials.to exhibitors or guests. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the event.

MHA reserves the right to remove any individual from the event if these policies are not followed. We appreciate your cooperation and will extend the same respect when you participate in future events.

Event Policy: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests' presence at the Changing the Game Conference and Expo. By registering, you waive, release and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South from any liability associated with your participation.

Cancellation Policy: Substitutions will be taken until the program begins at no additional charge. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received by October 28, 2025. Attendees who cancel after October 28, 2025 who do not substitute another individual or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to a refund, without exception.

Sponsorship Policy: All sponsorships are sold first come, first served with signed, completed contract and payment in full. No holds. No invoicing. MHA membership in good standing required for all sponsorships (no open invoices older than 60 days). Sharing of sponsorships is not allowed. Sponsorships do not include registration for the educational portion of the conference or exhibitor space at the expo Registration to attend classes or exhibit must be purchased separately.

Email Policy: All registration forms require an individual email for each registrant. Individual emails are needed to send important updates and notify registrants of any changes to the course location, time, instructor, etc. Any registration sent without an individual email will not be processed and will be delayed until email is received.

Photo Policy: By registering for this program, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed, or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.

 

Third Party Attendee List Solicitation

MHA does not sell event attendee lists, nor do we authorize any third party to do so.

Recently, some entities have falsely claimed access to MHA attendee lists, often using data scraping tools. If you receive such a message, do not respond, or click “unsubscribe,” as it may confirm your email and increase spam.

  • MHA never rents or sells your email address.
  • Avoid clicking suspicious links.
