This course covers water chemistry, water testing, chemicals, safety, pool/spa management, regulations, plus much more. You will receive a “Pool/Spa Operators Handbook”. At the end of the course, the Certified Pool Operator exam will be given. CPO is a national designation from the National Swimming Pool foundation and is required by the State of Minnesota for those who service any public pool, pool equipment, and/or related facilities equipment.

Course Specific Policies:  Any and all cancellations must be received by March 4, 2025 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are accepted via phone call or email and will be time-stamped according to the time they were received by our system (voice mail or email). Substitutions may be made up until the class begins at no charge. Attendees who cancel after March 4, 2025 and/or who do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to any refund, without exception. Transfers to a future offering of the class after March 4, 2025 are not allowed. The attendee would need to re-register and pay a new fee for any future offering of the class. Class size is limited to 30 participants.
