Taught by:
Kelly Johnson, Owner and Instructor at "Not Me!" Training
The “NOT ME!” training program, developed by U.S. Navy SEAL Officer Al Horner, provides practical personal safety awareness and strategies designed to help participants feel more prepared in potentially unsafe situations. The course explores how to recognize concerning circumstances, strengthen situational awareness, consider available options when a safety concern arises, and respond if a situation escalates. The training emphasizes preparedness, personal agency, and adaptable decision-making while recognizing that every situation is different, and responsibility for violence always rests with the person who causes harm.
