Each Product/Service membership covers one approved company identity, exactly as listed in MHA membership records.
Members may promote multiple services under one membership only when those services are marketed under the same company name and brand identity. Separate company names, DBAs, trade names, brands, divisions, or websites presented as distinct business identities may not be promoted under another company’s membership.
Common ownership, related corporate structure, shared leadership, or DBA registration alone does not make multiple business identities eligible under one membership.
If a company promotes separate brands or business names, each distinct identity is required to maintain its own membership to access MHA member benefits, including directory listings, advertising, exhibiting, sponsorship recognition, and related promotional opportunities.
MHA reserves the right to determine whether a company is operating under one unified member identity or multiple distinct business identities.
