2018 Certified Residential Manager (CRM) - Register Now!*
The  Certified Residential Manager (CRM) program, offered by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, is a comprehensive overview of property management theory, marketing, landlord/tenant law, budgeting, fair housing law, preventive maintenance and much more.  The CRM program provides training in all aspects of market-rate residential property management; tailored for those building a career in the industry. Successful graduates earn a designation that is recognized and respected in the multi-housing industry, both in Minnesota and nationwide.

2017 Certified Residential Maintenance Technician (CRMT) Register Now! *
The Certified Residential Maintenance Technician (CRMT) course, offered by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, is a comprehensive educational maintenance program. CRMT provides education and distinction for people building a maintenance career in the multi-housing industry. Successful graduates earn a designation that is recognized and respected in the multi-housing industry, both in Minnesota and nationwide.


 *You can still jump in! Both the CRM and CRMT designation programs are specifically designed in module format, giving you the flexibility to take the classes out of order if you’re ready to start when a current program is already underway or even just when your busy life demands.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Any and all cancellations must be received at least 24-hours in advance of the class start time in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are accepted via phone call or email and will be time-stamped according to the time they were received by our system (voice mail or email). 

    Substitutions may be made up until the class begins at no charge.

  2. Attendees who cancel after the 24- hour cut-off and/or who do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to any refund, without exception.

    Please note: MHA typically does not cancel or postpone classes due to inclement weather. In the extremely unlikely event that a class was to be canceled or postponed, notification would be made via the MHA website: or via direct email, if time allows.

  3. Transfers to a future offering of the class after the 24-hour cut-off has passed are not allowed. The attendee would need to re-register and pay a new fee for any future offering of the class. 

  4. These policies do not apply to CRM, CRMT, AHM, Perspective, Fall Convention or Working Together Conference, each of which have their own cancellation policies outlined in their respective brochures.
