The Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA)
is a state-wide nonprofit trade organization. With nearly 2,100 members representing more than 250,000 housing units throughout Minnesota, MHA is the voice of the state's multi housing industry.
Welcome to MHA's new website.
To effectively use all of its functions and resources, you must activate or create a user profile. You may start the process by clicking on “sign in” to the right of the MHA logo, above. You will then see "Activate or Create a New Account" on the split screen on the right. The system will prompt you through the process using unique identifiers such as your membership ID number or your preferred email address. Please contact us if you have any difficulty.

MHA delivers value for its members through its products such as renter lease agreements, by offering world-class education to fit the needs of rental property owners and property management companies, and by advocating for all aspects of the multifamily housing industry with full-time presence at both the state capitol and within each municipality.  In everything we do, we have the interests of our nearly 2,100 members and their more than 250,000 units in mind.
