The Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA)
is a state-wide nonprofit trade organization. With nearly 2,100 members representing more than 250,000 housing units throughout Minnesota, MHA is the voice of the state's multi housing industry.

Opportunities and Resources for Product/Service (Vendor) Members

You joined the association for a reason - to grow your business. Want to be successful at doing so? GET INVOLVED!
By carefully budgeting your involvement with MHA events and committees, you'll develop a strategy that will work best for your business. It is indeed true for success and growth in this industry that the more you put into MHA, the more you will get out of it (from clients to opportunities you might not have considered; from leads you didn't expect to unexpected friendships).
As a member of MHA, you are part of an association community that represents nearly 300,000 units across the state and millions of dollars of investment in products and services each year. To find out more about the many ways you can engage the owners and managers of these assets, you need to get involved. Below are many ways to do so once you are a member of the association.

"As a MHA member since the early 1970s, we've had great success attending and sponsoring MHA events.  The venues are professional,
the staff is welcoming and the networking is priceless.  Spend some time with MHA - get involved!" - Lee Mikkelson, Rental Research Services

Interested in a fun, FREE way to meet new people and support the industry? Join a committee!
Committees are a great networking opportunity and form the backbone of MHA.
Committees typically meet on a monthly basis at the MHA office in Bloomington for one hour.
Little time commitment - BIG impact.

There are many committees vendor members can join: Charitable Outreach, CIC Midwest,
Golf Classic, Independent Owners, MADACS, Membership/Orientation,
and Product Service Council of Ambassadors.

Want free exposure? Write an article for the publication. Articles must be editorial, not advertorial, between 900-1,500 words. Our readers love getting expert advice on when to plan for projects and what sort of projects (repairs, upgrades, fixtures, etc.) they can possible handle by themselves. If we publish your article, we flank the headline with your photo and include your phone number and website in the byline. Getting a byline in the Advocate is a professional credit for you, and lets our readers know that the association values your advice and insights.
