Board Training: Managing the Association's Finances

We'll review budgeting basics for both operations and reserves, tax filing requirements and procedures for reviews and audits. We'll talk about how to work with an outside accountant, your management company and your bank. We will discuss the role and responsibility of the association's treasurer, and the financial responsibility of all the board members.
