CDC Extends Federal Eviction Moratorium Until June 30, 2021

Author: MHA/Monday, March 29, 2021/Categories: COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) extended the federal eviction moratorium until June 30, 2021. The CDC order does not apply in jurisdictions that provide the same or greater level of protection. Currently in Minnesota, there is a greater level of protection provided by Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-79. MHA continues to be involved in legislative discussions regarding an off-ramp from the state moratorium.
