Registering Multiple Attendees?

Due to increased registration activity as the early bird deadline approaches, online registration is loading slowly. To register multiple attendees, you can use our Excel registration form.

  1. Download the Multiple Attendee Registration Form below.
  2. Complete the company and billing information, then enter each attendee’s name, email, session selections, and lunch preference.
  3. Save the completed file and email it to register@mmha.com.
