Investors Club: Legal Issues Facing Minnesota Landlords

More than ever, those who operate rental properties in Minnesota are facing a multitude of legal challenges. Brian and Kylie will address a myriad of legal “hot topics,” including:

  • Evictions in the COVID era 
  • “My boyfriend won’t move out” and similar scenarios
  • The concept of tenant “abandonment”
  • City licensure requirements
  • What you need to know about security deposits
  • Founding and maintaining corporate entities to hold investment real estate
  • Creating corporate structures which can best accommodate sales transactions and outside investments

There will be Q & A time, so be prepared to submit questions before the session begins!
