Payment Process:
Companies can submit multiple entries on different days, but early bird pricing applies only to those received by the March 11 deadline. Following each submission, MHA will send a payment form to the designated company contact by 9:30 a.m. on the subsequent business day. This payment form must be completed and returned by 3:30 p.m. on the same day. For instance, if XYZ submits five entries on Monday, they will receive a payment form for all five entries by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, and the completed form is expected by 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
