Payment Process
Companies can submit multiple entries on different days, but early bird pricing applies only to those received by the May 4th deadline. A payment form is available to download above, this must be fully completed and submitted to THIS SECURE DROPBOX LINK.
Entries that do not have a submitted payment form will be cancelled. Only one form permitted per company.
*Please be aware that payment for entries submitted on May 4th or May 18th deadlines may encounter delays due to the high volume received by MHA
