Registration Rates & Deadlines

Please note that registration rates are determined by your membership type and status.

Membership Types:

  • General: Property owners, property managers, developers, and non-managing investors.
  • Vendor: Providers of products or services to the industry.

Your registration will be processed according to your current MHA membership type.

Continuing Education Credits:

3.0 hours of continuing real estate education credits have been applied for with the MN Department of Commerce. 3.0 CRM, CRMT, and COM credits available.

Event Policies:


Event Policy: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests' presence at MHA's Perspectives Symposium. By registering, you waive, release and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and the Hilton from any liability associated with your participation.

Email Policy: Effective 4/1/20 all registration forms require an individual email for each registrant. Individual emails are needed to send important updates and notify registrants of any changes to the course location, time, instructor, etc. Any registration sent without an individual email will not be processed and will be delayed until email is received.

Photo Policy: By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Attendee substitutions will be taken until the program begins at no additional charge. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received by 02/05/25. Attendees who cancel after 02/05/25, do not substitute another individual, or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to a refund, without exception.

Sponsor Policy: Sponsorships are non-refundable. MHA membership in good standing is required for sponsorship (no open invoices older than 60 days). Sharing of sponsorships not allowed.
