Substitutions and Cancellation Policies:

  • Substitutions will be taken until the conference begins at no additional charge.
  • To receive a full refund on cancellations, they must be received by February 18.
  • A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received February 19 -March 4.
  • Attendees who cancel after March 4, do not substitute another individual, or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to any refund, without exception.
  • Registrations may not be split or shared between attendees.
