Event Policies:

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Substitutions will be taken until the day of the event at no additional charge. The cancellation deadline is March 2, 2026. Attendees who cancel after March 2, 2026 who do not substitute another individual or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to a refund, without exception.

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: Sponsorships for the Presidential Gala are non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions.

Assumption of Risk: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests' presence at MHA's Presidential Gala. By registering, you waive, release, and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and Town & Country Club St. Paul from any liability associated with your participation.

Photo Policy: Additionally, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed, or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.
