Your Investment Includes an 8’ skirted table with two chairs (one for half tables), a small sign, listing in the show directory, and complimentary WiFi. Snacks and beverages during morning and afternoon breaks are included, however, lunch with attendees is not and we ask that you stay at your space during this time when many will want to talk to you!
Not Included: electric, freight, educational seminars, lunch, attendee lists, lead capture, and additional exhibit personnel. Call Madison Christensen at (952) 548-2205 if you have questions. If your display does not conform to the restrictions stated, you may be required to adjust/remove parts.
Exhibitor Policy: Exhibit spaces may not be shared – one company per space. Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, or share any portion of their contracted space. nor exhibit any goods or services other than those manufactured, distributed, or offered by the Exhibitor in the regular course of its business. No exceptions. Due to space constraints each booth has a maximum number of representatives that may be present during the event. Additional representatives are not permitted on-site or to roam the venue. Exhibitor badges must be worn at all times, and in case of non-compliance, additional representatives will be asked to leave.
Event Policy: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests’ presence at the Working Together Conference. By registering, you waive, release, and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center from any liability associated with your participation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to: madison.christensen@mmha.com no later than March 1, 2024, and will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. No refunds for cancellations after March 1, 2024. No exceptions.
Photo Policy: By registering for this program, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed, or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.
