Learn all you need to know in preparation for the Special Engineer License exam for the state of Minnesota. Designed for MHA, this course was created in conjunction with St. Paul College and boiler professionals who have written & revised the MN State exam for years.
This is a fast moving course, so come ready to take notes! Photographs or recordings of presentation materials are prohibited. Limited exam prep handouts are provided.
Please Note: MHA does not offer the exam. You will need to arrange for testing, including all required paperwork, directly with the MN Department of Labor and Industry.

Your instructor: Gordon Norby, Minnesota Chief A Boiler Engineer Gordy has been teaching boiler operations and maintenance for more than 18 years including for MINNSTATE. Gordy has nearly 30 of experience in the field and currently holds a Minnesota Chief "A" License. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of boiler operations and maintenance, Gordy offers a tremendous mechanical background and many years of real-world experience.
