AI Basics & Practical Applications for Housing Providers Workshop

Event date: 4/28/2026 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Export event

Presented by: Aubrey Albrecht and Cecil Smith of MHA

This interactive workshop provides a practical, foundational introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) and how it can be applied in multifamily property management. Designed to build a strong working understanding, participants will explore what AI is, how it’s currently being used in the rental housing industry, and where it can add immediate value in day-to-day operations. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with tools such as mihra and ChatGPT, focusing on real-world scenarios relevant to property managers and leasing professionals. This session is ideal for housing professionals who are new to AI or looking to strengthen their understanding of core concepts before moving into more advanced applications. The workshop is highly interactive, with guided exercises and live practice. Please bring a laptop to participate fully; if you do not have access to one, MHA has a limited number for attendees to use.
