This hands-on workshop gives participants practical, real-world guidance on evaluating, maintaining, and restoring common high-impact surfaces found in residential properties.
Through live demonstrations and guided discussion, participants will explore best practices for refinishing, how to properly diagnose surface issues, and how to distinguish between cosmetic damage and problems that signal a need for deeper intervention.
Hands-On Workshop
The session is divided into three interactive stations focused on refinishing solutions for common property surfaces, including:
- Countertops
- Stainless steel surfaces and stovetops
- Tubs
The workshop will also cover preventative maintenance strategies, common failure points, and troubleshooting recurring issues. Attendees will learn how to evaluate quick fixes versus long-term solutions and determine when a surface can be repaired, when replacement is the smarter investment, and when it’s time to call in a professional.
