Member Contact

This is the primary contact for your organization’s MHA membership.

⚠️ This role cannot be changed online. To update your Member Contact, please email mha@mmha.com. This is restricted to prevent important member communications from being sent to the wrong person or email address.

  • Serves as the voting member with MHA
  • Receives direct member communications and publications
  • Receives marketing communications
  • Full access to the company account profile
  • Can add and manage employees
  • Can register employees for courses
  • Can make purchases on behalf of the organization
  • Receives membership renewal notices by email
  • Can pay invoices and process renewals for the organization

Key (Invoicing) Contact

The main point of contact for billing and account management.

  • Full access to the company account profile
  • Can add and manage employees
  • Can register employees for courses
  • Can make purchases on behalf of the organization
  • Receives invoices and statements by email
  • Receives membership renewal notices by email
  • Can pay invoices and process renewals for the organization

Admins

Users who help manage the organization’s MHA account.

  • Full access to the company account profile
  • Can add and manage employees
  • Can register employees for courses
  • Can make purchases on behalf of the organization
  • Can pay invoices and process renewals for the organization

Affiliate

Individual memberships assigned under the main membership.

  • Receives direct member communications and publications
  • Receives marketing communications
  • Property Owners/Manager Members: Includes one complimentary affiliate membership for every 100 units (150 units for Greater Minnesota members).
  • Product Service/Vendor Members: Can be purchased view pricing here.
