MHA has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites (adjacent to Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center) for April 17th at the rate of $149 plus tax. Registrants are responsible for reserving their hotel accommodation. Space is limited. Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.

Continuing Education Credits: An asterisk (*) indicates sessions that will be applied for 1.0 hour of Real Estate CEUs from the MN Department of Commerce. All sessions are applied for 1.0 hour of CRM, CRMT, and COM credits. Please note some sessions may be repeated from previous MHA offerings.

Seminar Changes: In the event of a change to a seminar session, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide a qualified substitution.

Conference and Event Policies

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Substitutions will be taken until the program begins at no additional charge. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received by April 3, 2024. Attendees who cancel after April 3, 2024, who do not substitute another individual, or do not attend are liable for full fees and will not be entitled to a refund, without exception.

Sponsorship Policy: All sponsorships are sold first come, first served with signed, completed contract and payment in full. No holds. No invoicing. MHA membership in good standing required for all sponsorships (no open invoices older than 60 days). Sharing of sponsorships is not allowed. Sponsorships do not include registration to the educational portion of the conference or exhibitor space at the products show. Registration to attend classes or exhibit must be purchased separately.

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: Sponsorships are non-refundable/non-transferable as sponsors recognize they are supporting the Minnesota multi housing industry, its efforts, and the education offerings provided by MHA. In the event of a federal or statewide event restriction where MHA is forced to move to a virtual platform, MHA will assist in assuring the Supporting Sponsoring companies receive equivalent sponsor visibility virtually and the Lanyard Sponsor will automatically become Supporting Sponsors and refunded $750. Supporting Sponsors are not eligible for a refund without exception. All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancelled event via method of payment made.

Email Policy: All registration forms require an individual email for each registrant. Individual emails are needed to send important updates and notify registrants of any changes to the location, time, speaker, etc. Any registration sent without an individual email will not be processed and will be delayed until email is received.

Event Policy: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that attendance at in-person events creates a potential risk, and you assume all such risks associated with you and your guests’ presence at the Working Together Conference. By registering, you waive, release, and discharge MHA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center from any liability associated with your participation.

Photo Policy: By registering for this program, you agree to release and hold harmless MHA from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with images that might be taken, printed, or posted, and acknowledge that you will not receive rights of ownership or compensation associated with said images in any association media.
