The Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA)
is a state-wide nonprofit trade organization. With nearly 2,100 members representing more than 250,000 housing units throughout Minnesota, MHA is the voice of the state's multi housing industry.

MARY RIPPE
PRESIDENT
As the association's president, Mary is responsible for the overall operation of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.  She works with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Legislative Committee, Nominating Committee, Political Action Committee, Economic Task Force, Industry Standards Task Force, Careers Task Force and other ad hoc committees dealing with any specific association or industry issues as they arise.

CARLA BUSH
VICE PRESIDENT
Carla plans and coordinates all of the training programs held by MHA, including five certification programs, conventions, special half-day seminars, subsidized housing seminars, and maintenance seminars. Carla also works with the Professional Education Committee and the industry's awards program, MADACS.

TOM CASSIDY
PUBLICATIONS DIRECTOR
Tom is the managing editor of the MHA monthly publication, the Advocate, as well as the MHA Buyer's Guide. Tom is also responsible for planning and coordinating the annual Fall Products Show and the vendor show for the annual Working Together Conference. Tom works with the Convention Committee and the Ambassadors Committee.

CONNIE ANDERSON
DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP/MARKETING
Connie is responsible for membership recruitment and retention. She is responsible for all meetings, education, publications, and services for CIC Midwest - owner occupied multi housing.   She is  responsible for the MHA Investors Club, Midsize Owners Group, Golf Tournament, and Orientations. Connie works with MHA Committees: Membership/Orientation, Golf,  Independent Owners, and Midsize Owners.

TODD LILJENQUIST
VICE PRESIDENT OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Todd is the chief lobbyist representing MHA's interests at the state capitol and on regulatory matters. He is responsible for grassroots activities and the Multi-Housing PAC. Todd also works with the Legislative and Legal Committees.

MARTY MCDONOUGH
DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Marty is responsible for all of our efforts with city governments including policy development. He coordinates MHA's response to city proposals on regulations and fees as well as works proactively with city council members and staff. Marty also works with our Municipal Affairs Committee.

RANDY MARSHALL
ACCOUNTANT
Randy manages all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including billing and collections. He also handles personnel functions, payroll, insurance and other benefits administration.

KIM ST. MARIE
INDUSTRY SERVICES MANAGER
Kim's main focus involves developing on-going relationships with owners and managers of multi-housing in Greater Minnesota. She coordinates and staffs all of their member-service programs and is responsible for the recruitment and retention of this segment of our membership. Kim also works with the Greater Minnesota committee, Charitable Outreach committee and MHA's Emerging Leaders.

MALLORY RUPPERT
DATA SYSTEMS COORDINATOR
Mallory is responsible for coordinating registrations and payments for all educational seminars and conferences, AHM and TaCC's certification programs, and reporting of all CEU hours to the Department of Commerce. She maintains our database, troubleshoots website and IT issues, and posts employment listings online. Aditionally Mallory offers support to our accounting and legislative departments.

STACEY CARIS
MEETINGS & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Stacey works with our vendor members and helps administer our Fall Products Show, Working Together exhibits and Product/Service Showcases, as well as the bi-annual Buyer's Guide. She is on the Ambassadors, Convention and MADACS Committees and helps to coordinate the MADACS Awards program. Stacey also assists with Board of Directors functions and coordinates the Annual Meeting and Presidential Gala.

ANN BORTZ
EDUCATION SERVICES ASSISTANT 
Ann coordinates CRM, CRMT and CCAM certification programs for MHA. She is actively involved with CIC Midwest, working with several committees including the Advisory, Cooperatives, and CIC Education committee. Ann also assists with the annual golf tournament and Independent Owners Committee as well as monthly Investors Clubs.
