Investors Club Meeting Format
5:00-6:00 p.m. Pre-Meeting Discussion Groups.  Everyone brings questions to ask and information to share. We often hear how valuable these forums are to the Independent Owner who primarily works alone. It's a great way to find out what others are doing. Why spend time and money trying to reinvent the wheel when you can learn from the experiences of others? At Investors Club meetings, our members start to form their own informal business teams. They can get referrals, advice and knowledge that they can't get from a book or online article. Our members are one of our best resources.

6:00-7:30 p.m. Speaker Presentation. Our programs feature speakers who are experts in their fields.

Location: Minnesota Multi Housing Association, 1600 W. 82nd St., #110, Bloomington, MN 55431

Industry Fairs for Independent Owners
Education, Vendor Show, Networking Cocktail Reception & Dinner, Prop Swap, Raffle Prizes & Fun!

The Investors Club has two Industry Fairs each year; Independents Day and the Business Buffet. We begin with a Vendor Show. This is followed by a Networking Dinner and Educational Sessions. Breaks allow you to continue visiting the vendor show. The vendor members who participate in the industry fairs specialize in the multi housing industry. Finding vendor partners who know your buildings, and can help you plan for long and short term maintenance, can be as valuable to your rental property business as having a fully leased building. A raffle prize drawing is held at the end of the first seminar with prizes donated by our exhibitors.
