Designed to build a strong working understanding, participants will explore what AI is, how it’s currently being used in the rental housing industry, and where it can add immediate value in day-to-day operations. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with tools such as mihra and ChatGPT, focusing on real-world scenarios relevant to property managers and leasing professionals. This session is ideal for housing professionals who are new to AI or looking to strengthen their understanding of core concepts before moving into more advanced applications.
