Through show-and-tell, practical instruction, and live demonstration, this maintenance lab will move from paints, primers, sheens, and caulking to flooring care and common fixes before getting hands-on with drywall repair techniques.

Attendees will explore how to choose and use the right materials, address common maintenance needs, and apply best practices for repairs and finishes throughout the unit.
