This interactive workshop is designed to introduce housing providers to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in multifamily property management. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of AI, explore real-world use cases in the rental housing industry, and build hands-on skills with tools like mihra and ChatGPT. This course is ideal for property managers, leasing professionals, and anyone in the rental housing industry interested in leveraging AI to improve efficiency, compliance, and resident service. This workshop is highly interactive. Please bring your laptop so you can participate fully in hands-on activities, practice with AI tools, and get the most out of the session. If you do not have access to a laptop, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
