This course takes a practical look at the responsibilities that help keep work moving, including safe work practices, unit turns, curb appeal, work orders and service notes, incident reporting, time management, and planning for tools, parts, and supplies. Attendees will explore practical skills and everyday practices that can help them stay organized, work efficiently, and support the overall maintenance of their property.
