A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium, or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for your board members and homeowners, and protect the value of your properties.

You will then see "Activate or Create a New Account" on the split screen on the right. CIC Midwest is a division of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a trade organization that has been providing education, resources, and legislative representation to its members since 1967. It's one of the strongest and most emulated multi housing associations in the country.

• February 23, CIC Midwest Lunch & Learn, "Disaster Plan - Part 2," 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. This session will deal with the aftermath of a disaster. Our panelists will review the restoration, insurance, and legal aspects of getting your community back to normal. 

• March 1, Call for Entries are Due March 1st for the CIC Midwest Awards. The Awards Banquet, "Mystique & Magic," is April 6, 2017, 4:00-7:00 p.m. We encourage Joint Entries between Product/Service Members, Managers or Boards. Individual categories for Managers, Boards and Product/Service Members. 

 March 14, The Real Scoop Edu-Tradeshow, 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Midland Hills Country Club, Roseville. The comfortable tradeshow! Experts rotate from table to table with education and product information (1 expert per topic). You receive snacks, desserts, beverages, a goodie bag and 2.0 continuing real estate credits, all for $10. Register today.

 April 6 - CIC Midwest Awards Banquet, "Mystique & Magic," 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Metropolitan Ballroom, Golden Valley. Attire: Black/White Cocktail Attire. Add a Masquerade Mask if you would like. Cocktail Hour & Magic. Dinner, Awards and Prizes. Watch for registration coming soon. Submit an entry for the CIC Midwest Awards. Click here for the invitation.
