A CIC (common interest community) is an owner-occupied townhome, condominium, or homeowner association. If you manage or live in a CIC, we want to help you learn how to more effectively manage and maintain your communities, reduce risk for your board members and homeowners, and protect the value of your properties.

You will then see "Activate or Create a New Account" on the split screen on the right. CIC Midwest is a division of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. MHA is a trade organization that has been providing education, resources, and legislative representation to its members since 1967. It's one of the strongest and most emulated multi housing associations in the country.

CIC Midwest Awards Call for Entries.  Prepare to enter your projects by taking before and after photos now. Deadline to submit entries in the Projects or People Categories is November 30, 2017.  The CIC Midwest Awards Banquet is Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Metropolitan Ballroom, Golden Valley. The theme is "A Night at the Oscars!"

This new discussion group is for CIC management company owners and upper level managers with supervisory responsibilities. Bring your lunch or purchase it at our cafeteria.  The discussion topics are chosen by the group. Everyone brings information to share and questions to ask. For this session, we will have a Human Resources executive on hand to participate in the discussion through informal Q & A.
